How to prepare for our session?
Simply ensure not to eat too heavily, avoid consuming alcohol or other substances 24 hours before the session, and maintain proper personal hygiene.
For coaching sessions, I recommend wearing comfortable clothing as we may engage in movement exercises.
Additionally, I ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, as I am sensitive to scents.
If you have any conditions or concerns, please let me know before the appointment or during our discussion!
Am I required to undress? What if I'm not comfortable with being touched?
Nothing is mandatory; your consent is at the core of our sessions.
During coaching sessions, I provide tools to help you better understand and articulate your boundaries, and we discuss the framework for each exercise together. We progress at your pace because you are the foremost expert on yourself. There are many practices and tools that do not involve touching or undressing, and I offer practices for you to do on your own, at home.
During a massage, we also clarify your boundaries. It's always possible to adjust my touch to your comfort level.
What payment methods are accepted?
I accept cash, Interac e-transfers, or PayPal. I do not have a credit card terminal.
For online sessions, payment is made prior to the session.
I have limited income, what are the options?
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, I offer some places on a sliding scale for coaching and massage sessions. Please specify your limitations when contacting me.
It is also possible to work with another person offering similar or related services.
Are you nude during the meetings?
Absolutely not. To maintain a healthy client-practitioner relationship and respect my integrity, I always remain clothed and do not engage in exchanges.
Do you provide insurance receipts?
Unfortunately, the services I offer do not meet the eligibility criteria for insurance. Therefore, I do not provide receipts, but I am open to discussing a financial arrangement if you are experiencing difficulties.
I can provide you with an invoice for your expenses.
Where do the meetings take place? Is parking easy?
I work in Montreal (QC) in the Rosemont neighborhood, at the corner of Iberville and Masson. Street parking is readily available. I receive you in a loft with a shower, on the 2nd floor of a building.
Unfortunately, my space is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is also possible to meet online if you are outside of Montreal or prefer this option.
Cancellation policy
“Life happens,” and you need to cancel or reschedule our meeting... To honor my time and our agreement, fees will apply starting 72 hours before the appointment.
- Between 72 and 24 hours before the appointment: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount applies.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: the full session amount is due.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled, and the session fee will be due.
If your session is part of a follow-up program like Exploration or Journey, you may reschedule without charge up to 48 hours in advance. The appointment is forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours.
