ISTA, Alchemy & Somatic Shamanic release

Alchemy is the art of transmutation—going beyond transformation, a way of creating something beautiful and precious (gold) from something perceived as dense (lead).

I believe each of us has the ability to turn any experience (emotion, event, ...) into an opportunity for growth, healing, and even... pleasure. To transmute is not to crush or transcend the density or discomfort of an experience, but to transform the substance of that experience to access more creative life force... and erotic energy.

In October, I attended the ISTA Practitioner Training in the Dominican Republic.

I've been working with touch since 2014 and have taken dozens of trainings in massage therapy, Somatic Sex Education, and many somatic, shamanic, and tantric modalities (including 6 ISTA trainings). I wondered what "new" things I could still learn.

For some time now, most of my energy has been directed towards Ecstatic Temple, and my private practice has slowed down. I love my clients, but I had lost that "fire," that passion for the work. Even though my clients seemed satisfied, I felt a bit stuck in how to guide them further along their journeys. So I approached this training with curiosity and an openness to rediscover and refresh my practice and approach to this work.

PT was a deep journey into my essence as a guide/facilitator.

🌊 I realized I had the pieces of the puzzle; I just needed the link to align and dance with them.

🌊 I felt a lot of validation for my vision, my way of doing things, and my intuition. My work is often solitary, so hearing Triambika Ma Vive (with 30 years of experience in the field) practically use my own words to describe certain things was incredibly powerful.
🌊 I feel less isolated—a community of people is inspired to do this work.

🔥 But most importantly, I rediscovered part of my inspiration and motivation. I received powerful tools to support the release of blockages and emotions and to help my clients dive deeper within themselves.

🗡️ I got a clear message to be sharper, more assertive in my guidance, and to take risks.

My intention in this work is to guide my clients in meeting their repressed parts, helping them draw these out, and, with great love and care, release and integrate these parts to allow their vital energy to flow more freely.
